osav.ee is a freelance marketplace platform that connects skilled professionals with clients who need help completing various tasks. Our goal is to make finding and ordering professional services simple, fast, and secure in Estonia.

Is it free to use the platform?

Yes, using the platform is free.

For Clients

How do I post a task?

To post a task, register as a user, select "Post a Task", fill in the required fields including task description, location and budget, then publish the task. Professionals can then review your task and submit their proposals.

Do I have to pay for posting a task?

No, posting a task is completely free. You only pay for the work that a professional does for you, and you pay directly to the professional.

How do I choose the right professional for my task?

We recommend choosing a professional based on their profile, previous ratings, experience, and price. You can always communicate with multiple professionals before making a final decision. Be sure to check reviews and ratings from other users.

What if I'm not satisfied with the work?

If the work quality doesn't meet expectations, we recommend first trying to resolve the issue directly with the professional. If that doesn't work, make sure to leave a review to that user and notify us about the situation.

For Professionals

How do I register as a professional?

To register as a professional, create an account and fill out your profile with skills, experience, and qualifications. We recommend adding a photo and detailed description of your services so potential clients can get a better overview of you.

How do I find job opportunities?

All available job opportunities are visible in the "Tasks" section. You can search for tasks by category, location, or keyword. You can also subscribe to email notifications about new job opportunities that match your skills and preferences.

Does osav.ee take commission fees?

osav.ee doesn't take percentage-based commission fees from completed work. We provide free basic-level users with unlimited access to the platform's core functions.

How can I get more clients and good ratings?

Quality work, professional communication, and reliability are key factors. Regularly update your profile, add portfolio examples, respond quickly to inquiries, and offer competitive pricing. After completing work, ask the client to leave feedback.
